NAMING CEREMONIES
New Beginnings are my speciality. Whether you are naming the families newest addition or finding the name you were always meant to have, a naming ceremony is a fantastic way to celebrate the occasion.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
In our initial chat we get to know each other and chat ideas. If you like what you hear and we gel, we can get cracking on creating a ceremony that you will never forget.
Regardless of what you decide, your ceremony is the star of the show and I deliver this in a fun, relaxed and lighthearted way. Im always more comfortable with a ceremony that can include a few giggles so YAY! if thats what you want too.
The below costs are for ceremonies within an hour’s travelling time of North Yorkshire. Further travel or equipment (e.g. sand ceremony kits etc) will incur further reasonable costs, but this will be discussed and agreed on early in the process, so you won’t incur sudden unexpected expense.
I am based in Hampshire but willing to travel. Please let me know where you are based upon enquiry.

A guaranteed booking of your day. No ‘slots’ – I book out the whole day for you in my diary, so you get to say when and where you want me.

A first meeting, where we discuss early ideas, get the ‘big picture’ of the celebration and get to know each other a little bit.

A questionnaire for you to fill in together all about the name you've chosen and why.

A first draft of your script and we firm up the details of what the ceremony will include.

A unique ceremony script, written by me, to reflect the name you've chosen and all of the things you have told me and that i've learnt about yourself and your family. This can be tweaked and added to until you are 100% happy with it.

Advice on readings, ceremonies and other aspects of the ceremony itself.

Access to me throughout the whole process – I’m on the other end of the phone or an email if you have any questions, ideas or worries about your ceremony.
